You grant Sunprise a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submissions to respond to your inquiry, provide services, improve operations, and comply with law. We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.<\/p>\n<h2>13. Governing law and venue for Site disputes<\/h2>\n<p>These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence apply. Any dispute arising solely from Site access or use that is not subject to arbitration in a separate signed agreement shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.<\/p>\n<p>Construction and field-service disputes are governed as described in our <a href=\"https:\/\/sunprise.com\/es\/terms-of-service\/\">T\u00e9rminos de Servicio<\/a> and written project contracts.<\/p>\n<h2>14.
